RECORDING-DECEMBER GATHERED & GROUNDED

US$25.00

Monday December 16
6:00-7:30 p.m. CST
Held online, join live or watch the replay

This month’s theme is Divine Light

As we move into the darkness of winter, it’s an important time to pause and surrender to the healing darkness of the longest darkest night. It is also a time to celebrate the return of the light and to recognize the radiance of the divine light that shines bright within you.

This is a beautiful practice to include in your winter solstice celebration where we welcome in the medicine of deep rest and restoration.

Just as the world around us slows down and a deep sense of quiet blankets the landscape, we are invited to withdraw and take this time for deep rest.

The benefits of this particular practice are:

  • To clear energy blockages

  • Promote the free flow of healing energy through the bod

  • Deep restoration and inner silence

  • Experience connecting with your deep inner knowing

  • Re-establish trust and self -advocacy

I can’t think of a better way to welcome winter and the holiday’s than to feel anchored in rest and rooted in the wisdom of your own journey.

This Daring to Rest Yoga Nidra will guide you out of the darkness and into the light by reminding you to tune into your own wisdom and how your wisdom and light will shine a light out into this world.

Join me for this time of deep self-care and nourishment.

In this mini-retreat you will receive:

  • Two Somatic Practices

  • One 30 minute Yoga Nidra Meditation (Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, is an ancient meditation practice done lying down that takes us effortlessly into a state of harmonious, restful being. From here, it is possible to experience healing and deep restoration. It is also possible to dive deeper below the surface and become more aware and connected to our true nature.)

  • Self discovery prompts to go deeper

  • An audio of my ritual process to close out the New Year with awareness and intention
