I always believed that parenthood was about molding. I tend to think now it’s more about blooming. Them blooming into themselves and me into mysel

I’m not sure there’s anything more rewarding than slowing down enough to see your own life as art.

Our culture screams more- faster- try harder- show the world you’re worthy, relevant. But life isn’t a to do list to check off

You cannot outrun loss.
You cannot avoid heartache.
You cannot choose what gets taken, destroyed, deleted or eliminated.
You cannot erase the pain.
Grief is not a detour to life but an invitation to reach deeper.

Lately I’ve been finding myself being pulled in a new direction. I’m following the energetic breadcrumbs of what is making me feel alive.
