This month’s theme is RESTED YOU

To begin the year we are going to center on INTENTION-intention for your week, your month, your year, and your life. Together, we’ll explore the profound question:

What is your Heartfelt Desire?

Your heartfelt desire is the fuel that supports not just your meditation practice but your whole life—a purpose-driven life. It’s what you want more than anything else, that instinctual drive that moves you toward what makes you feel truly alive.

Why is this important? While it’s essential to live in the moment, it’s equally important to have a vision of where you want to go and who you want to become. Intentions give purpose and meaning to our lives. Intentions are the way that we live out our heartfelt desires.

When we act from our heartfelt desires, we begin to trust ourselves deeply. We realize our power, affirming that we are whole and complete, just as we are. We stop outsourcing our safety to the opinions of others and start creating true safety within. Intentions can help us turn toward and tune into what is most alive within us so we can take action from that place, creating lives of depth and true meaning.

Everytime you practice yoga nidra, it’s as if you are watering your intention.

Let's center ourselves in our own inherent wisdom our own aliveness and welcome 2025 with clarity, purpose, and a deep sense of our own sovereignty.

Together, let’s remember our true selves, the truth of who we are, and deepen our relationship with our own inherent wisdom and aliveness.

This practice of Daring to Rest Yoga Nidra will invite you to plant the seeds for a well rested life.

Join me for a time of deep self-care and nourishment.
